Lifestyle Wellness Coaching helps people develop individualized strategies for improving their health, exercise, eating and emotional well-being while relying on relevant theories and methods from the coaching field.
I work with clients who have specific health, wellness, and fitness goals as well as with clients who have personal or professional goals that can be facilitated through action planning and goal pursuit related to health and wellness.
I help clients make positive and lasting changes to their health. I guide my clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.
